Apartment in Lugano
Renovation and conversion of a 1905 apartment in Lugano, transforming a 5.5-room layout into a 3.5-room apartment.
The living room windows were enlarged to provide direct access to the garden. The elevated ground-floor apartment was connected to the garden level via a new steel and granite staircase, where a generously proportioned outdoor area clad in granite extends the living space into the landscape.
